1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Eat4Health website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eat4Health by Varsha Bijoy.

2. Services Description

Eat4Health provides holistic health coaching services including but not limited to weight management programs, diabetes reversal guidance, thyroid wellness plans, stress and energy management, and women's wellness coaching. Our services are delivered through online consultations, personalized diet plans, lifestyle recommendations, and ongoing support.

3. Not Medical Advice

The information and services provided by Eat4Health are for educational and coaching purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our coaching programs are complementary wellness services and should not replace professional medical care. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or medication regimen, especially if you have existing health conditions.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and consultations
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Not share, resell, or commercially exploit any content or materials provided through our Services
• Inform us of any changes to your health status that may affect your coaching program

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms for our coaching programs are as follows:

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and must be paid in full before services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Existing commitments will be honored at the agreed rate.
• Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of program start date, provided no more than one consultation has been completed.
• No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the program start date or after two consultations, whichever comes first.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Eat4Health website, including text, graphics, logos, images, diet plans, recipes, and coaching materials, is the property of Eat4Health by Varsha Bijoy and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. Materials provided as part of your coaching program are for your personal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eat4Health by Varsha Bijoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes, as individual results may vary based on adherence, metabolism, and other personal factors.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
